Every order is carefully prepared and coordinated for a smooth, reliable delivery experience from our warehouse to your home. Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.

Delivery time:  Cloud Couches are typically shipped within 4–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that all shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Cloudora is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, service disruptions, or other unforeseen shipping issues.

Delivery method: 

Our standard delivery is to your door. Orders are shipped with trusted carriers and delivered to your doorstep whenever possible.

Houses: Orders are typically delivered directly to your doorstep.

Apartments & Condos: Orders may be delivered to your unit or a designated area such as the lobby, mailroom, or concierge.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays: While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery may occasionally be affected by high demand or courier delays. We'll notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Title & Risk of Loss :   Responsibility for your order transfers to you once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Orders Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 14 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return Policy.
